What happens during a home visit?
A standard home visit is 30 minutes for the agreed feeding routine, fresh water, litter or toilet care, play and company. Tell us about your cats, dogs or other pets so we can agree the care they need.
Will I receive photos and an update?
Yes. Each visit comes with a Care Report with photos, care notes and observations about food, water, activity and mood. We share the report link on WhatsApp so you can open it without an account.
Does a home visit include a dog walk?
Dog Walk is a separate service. Tell us if you need both a walk and care at home so we can agree the time, tasks and total price.
How often will you visit while I am away?
You can request one or two visits a day for holiday care. Each visit is 30 minutes. Choose the frequency around your pet’s needs; we agree the routine and available visit windows with you. Your pet stays at home, with visits rather than overnight supervision.
Who will come, and how do we arrange access?
Ask us about your assigned sitter in your booking conversation. Before the first visit, agree the key handover or building access, your pet’s instructions and how access will be returned when care ends.
What should I prepare for an emergency?
Share your vet’s contact details, an emergency contact and any relevant care instructions before the first visit. Agree who can authorise treatment and how veterinary costs will be handled before care starts.
