Home visits
A friendly visit for the everyday essentials: the agreed meal routine, fresh water, play and company. Tell us about each pet and the tasks you need so we can confirm that the visit is suitable.
Holiday Care
Plan visits while you are away, with your pets staying in familiar surroundings. Choose your dates and requested visit windows, and leave clear instructions for the routine you would like us to follow. Holiday Care is a series of visits, not a live-in or overnight service.
A clear quote before you confirm
The booking form sends a request without taking payment. We review your location, dates, pets and care needs, then discuss the price and payment arrangements on WhatsApp. Your written confirmation should include the total price, any applicable taxes or extras, and the cancellation conditions before you accept.
Availability comes first
Check your community in the booking form. A request does not hold a slot, and a coming-soon community is a waitlist rather than an available service. We will confirm the arrangements directly before care is booked.
