Pet care FAQs
Home visits, holiday care and everything to know before you book.
Is my booking confirmed when I submit the form?
No. The form sends a request. We check availability and your care requirements, then contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the arrangements.
Where does Pawley provide care?
Use the community selector to check current availability in Abu Dhabi. If your community is coming soon, you can register your interest; this does not reserve a visit or guarantee an opening date.
What is included in a home visit?
We agree the tasks with you before confirming care. These can include meals, fresh water, play and company. Share your pet’s usual routine and any special requirements so we can assess the request.
Does Holiday Care include overnight stays?
Holiday Care is a series of home visits over your selected dates. It does not mean a carer stays in your home overnight or provides continuous supervision.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes. Add each pet to your request, including their type and relevant care notes, so the team can plan appropriate care and confirm the quote.
How do pricing and payment work?
There is no online payment when you send a request. We discuss pricing and offline payment arrangements directly with you before the booking is confirmed.
Can you provide medication or specialist care?
Please discuss these needs before booking. They require specific agreement and may be outside the service we can offer. Pawley is not a veterinary service.
What happens if my plans change?
Reply to your WhatsApp booking conversation as soon as possible. Changes depend on availability. Check the cancellation and refund conditions in your written booking arrangements.
How do I receive updates?
The team can share a care report with observations and media from a visit. Keep its private link confidential: anyone who has the link may be able to view the report.
What should I prepare before the first visit?
Leave the agreed supplies and clear instructions, confirm access arrangements and provide an emergency contact. You can find a practical first-visit checklist on our blog.
