A standard home visit is 30 minutes for agreed feeding, fresh water, litter or toilet care, play and company. Each visit includes photos and a Care Report. Tell us about your cats, dogs or other pets so we can agree suitable care.

Holiday care means scheduled visits in your own home. You can request one or two 30-minute visits per day, subject to availability. It does not include overnight supervision. Discuss your pet’s routine before confirming.

Share your building and access requirements when planning the visit. Agree reception permissions, key handover and the return of access directly with the team before the first visit. Never put access codes in public messages.
